Overview
FoundCRM is my own product: a CRM in the amoCRM class, built for how sales teams in Uzbekistan work. It has pipelines, one inbox for Telegram, email and web forms, tasks, invoices and SMS. What sets it apart is call review: every recorded call is transcribed and scored, so a sales lead can coach the team without listening to hours of audio.
The problem
Sales managers can't listen to every call, so coaching rests on the few they happen to hear. Meanwhile leads arrive through Telegram, the phone and web forms, and get lost between them.
The challenge
Uzbek speech, often mixed with Russian, is hard for transcription models. Scores have to be clear enough that a salesperson accepts them, and each company's data must stay invisible to every other company.
My role
- Product definition, plans and roadmap
- Interface design in Uzbek Cyrillic
- Backend, database and per-company data isolation
- The AI call pipeline: transcription, scoring and the review screen
- Deployment, backups and the platform console
Approach
Scored against the company's own checklist
Each company edits its own checklist: greeting, needs, offer, objections, next step. Gemini transcribes the call with speakers and timestamps, GPT-4o scores it item by item, and each score links to the moment in the call it refers to.
One inbox for every channel
Telegram, email and web forms land in one place and attach to the right contact and deal, so a lead's whole history sits on one timeline.
Companies kept apart by design
Every query is scoped to the company that owns the data, with a role-based permission matrix inside each company and a separate console for running the platform.

- Uzbek Cyrillic throughout, including the AI's feedback
- Light and dark themes
Outcomes
- Running in production and used by a concrete producer's sales team
- A lead reads the score and jumps to the moments that matter instead of replaying whole recordings
- The same scoring runs in a Telegram bot for sellers who record calls on a voice recorder
