Overview
Tanlov brings the scattered parts of the construction market into one place: tenders, an exchange for leftover building materials, directories of specialists, suppliers and labs, an architecture and design catalogue, and news. I built the backend and the apps around it: a Telegram Mini App, a Flutter app for iOS and Android, a website and the admin.
The problem
Finding a supplier, a specialist or a buyer for leftover material happens in dozens of Telegram groups. Posts vanish in the feed, and there's no way to filter by region or category.
The challenge
Five frontends on one API, paid features that must work with Apple and Google in-app purchases, and support that reaches people where they already are: Telegram.

Approach
One API, many doors
The Mini App, the mobile app, the website and the admin all use the same Django API, so a listing posted in Telegram shows up in the phone app a moment later.
Filters before results
Every directory starts from region, district and category, the way people actually look for a supplier nearby.
Support inside Telegram
Support chats from the app are bridged to a Telegram forum group, one topic per user, so the team answers from the app they already use.
