Built to stay correct

Exact money, immutable invoices, access enforced in the database, and integrations that survive a webhook arriving twice. See the system an order travels through.

    A manager places an order from their phone.

  2. 02 · API, auth & roles

    The API confirms who they are and that their role may create orders.

  3. 03 · Sales

    Sales records the order inside a single database transaction.

  4. 04 · Inventory

    In the same transaction, inventory reserves exactly what the order needs.

  5. 05 · Logistics

    Logistics schedules the delivery from the confirmed order.

  6. 06 · Finance

    Finance issues the invoice: exact amounts, currency stored, never edited after.

  7. 07 · Message broker

    After commit, an event goes to the message broker.

  8. 08 · Telegram bot

    The warehouse is notified on Telegram. Nobody had to retype anything.
